HAIR POWDER
WHO: Ideal for oily or fine hair and roots in need of a touch-up.
WHAT: Absorbs excess oil, adds volume, extends the life of a blow dry and provides a dry, matte texture that keeps pins and clips from slipping (so styles stay put).
WHEN: On dry hair.
HOW TO STYLE OR TINT: Hair Powders requires a slightly oily surface to adhere to. Section dry hair at the scalp, hold can 10-12 inches away from hair and spray thoroughly. Let dry, then shake out excess with fingers and style.
HOW TO ABSORB OIL (DRY CLEANSE): Hold can 10-12 inches from dry hair; spray thoroughly, concentrating on oily areas; let dry; brush out thoroughly and style.
